1. Premium Hair (Ready-to-Ship)

Premium hair products are prepared quickly and ship within 3 business days from the order date for orders received before 2:00 PM PST.

2. Remy Hair (Ready-to-Ship)

Remy hair products are prepared quickly and ship within 3 business days from the order date for orders received before 2:00 PM PST.

3. Slavic Hair

Slavic hair is sourced and prepared per order.

• I-Tip & K-Tip: Ships approximately 3–10 days after the order is received.

• Tape-In & Weft: May require extended sourcing and processing and can take up to 60 days before shipping.

Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)

Orders may be picked up by appointment only at our Los Angeles, California location. Pickup requests must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by our team prior to arrival.

Shipping Transit Time

Once shipped, delivery transit times depend on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Business Days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

International Orders

International shipping times vary by country. Customs duties, taxes, and VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
